The following outlines Eventageous’ responsibilities throughout current contracted events such as Conferences
- Meeting with Senior Manager to determine theme and ideas for location for conference, 90 – 120 days prior to event
- Preparation of agenda and present proposed speakers to Senior Manager
- Site Inspection of proposed locations
- Booking of Speakers, MC, Offsite dinners, Golf / Races or appropriate event
- Preparation of Invitation and Booking forms
- Bookings taken for Flights / Accommodation / Transfers
- Opening packs jointly prepared
- General Troubleshooting throughout the conference
Eventageous staff will be present at the conference and it will be their responsibility to ensure all events run smoothly, and all delegates and sponsors are well looked after.
