Eventageous Cox Plate Tour
The Inaugural Eventageous Cox Plate Tour kicked off on Friday where guests were joined by departing Moonee Valley Racing Club Public Affairs Manager Jo McKinnon. Jo provided guests with some insight into her time at Moonee Valley and in particular the Cox Plate. All guests were then included in the Eventageous Cox Plate Tour Cup phantom call with over 30 runners lining up. The phantom call was performed by Gold Coast Race Caller Steve Hawkins.

The tour moved onto Moonee Valley for the running of the Tatts Cox Plate with Maldivian taking out the coveted weight for age race, and champion jockey Michael Rodd also taking out the Group 2 AAMI Vase along with the Group 2 Jayco Crystal Mile on Sea Battle.

Guests enjoyed the comfort of prime reserved grandstand seats and an the all inclusive Celebrity Room on Cox Plate Day.
