Brisbane Racing Carnival - City Pacific Doomben

The Brisbane Racing Carnival at the Brisbane Turf Club concluded on Saturday with the running of the Doomben 10,000 taken out by world class sprinter Takeover Target.

Eventageous client Mullins Lawyers sponsored the Group 3 Rough Habit Plate that was won by the Damien Oliver Ridden, Bart Cummings trained Empires Choice. Mullins Lawyers Curt Schatz was on hand for the presentations.

The Group 3 Earlee Products Lord Mayors Cup was run on Doomben Cup Day, the Hawkes - Beadman combination was at its best with the Anabaa gelding Headturner driving to victory in the $100,000 race. Earlee Products Group General Manager, Brett McMullen alongside company owner Bob Hamilton were on hand to carry out the presentations to the victors.

Darren Beadman was again at the forefront of Eventageous client sponsored race "Hidden Dragon Doomben Roses" the $175,000 Group 3 race was taken out by the Gold Coast trained Lasoron.
