Captain's Lunch - Darren Lockyer & Jonathan Brown
Four time premiership player and current Captain of the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland and Australia - Darren Lockyer, alongside Brisbane Lions Captain, three time premiership player, 2007 Coleman Medal winner and Vice Captain of the 2007 All Australian team - Jonathan Brown, were guests along with former Brisbane Lion great and MC Richard Champion for the inaugural Captain's Lunch at the Pineapple Hotel on 13 September 2007 raising funds for Hotel Care, supporting the Mater and PA Foundations.
Two of Brisbane's finest leaders took to the stage to entertain the capacity Plantation Room crowd at the Pineapple Hotel and help raise funds for Hotel Care Week.
Guests were served up sumptuous seafood platters which included Oysters, Prawns, Moreton Bay Bugs and Sand Crabs along with Rymill Sauvignon Blanc and plentiful supply of Heineken and Hahn SuperDry.
Thanks to Craig Singleton and his staff at the Pineapple Hotel in asssitng to stage this inaugural event.
